sm: I am currently a graduate student working on a degree in Educational Technology Leadership. I am the English Department Chair at Westbrook Intermediate School in Friendswood, Texas, and I am also the 6th grade level team leader. I have served seven years as our campus lead mentor, and this year I am also serving on our district technology steering committe. Additionally, I teach Communication Applications for Clear Access Online High School. I enjoy sharing knowledge and helping others learn. I hope to make a difference in the lives of children and young adults by instilling within them curiosity, pride of scholarship, and the ability to think critically. I am a digital immigrant living in a world of digital natives, and I'm paddling as fast as I can to keep up! It's a fascinating world.
